What a great place to stay, Murray and Wendy were great hosts and could not do enough to help and assist us.
We really enjoyed our package tour eg i Site TranzAlpine and Sundowner Motel
Loved our units, spacious and beautifully clean. Very convenient location close to the Railway Station and shopping centre.
Thanks to the Staff at the Railway Station and Murray for reuniting me with my water bottle Thanks again Derek

A big thank you to Murray and Wendy for making our stay in Greymouth very enjoyable. Loved our units and were very warm and cosy. Murray picked us up from the train station and even took us into town for dinner that night. He also drove us to the station for our return trip back to christchurch. When we got back he even found us a pack of cards for us to enjoy the rest of our night (which we did and hope we did not annoy any of our neighbors with our laughter) Would highly recommend you stay here when you go to Greymouth. We stayed at the Sundowner Motel in Greymouth on our recent trip up the coast and would certainly recommend it to others. The location is ideal being very close to the town centre and the rooms are a good size and well appointed with lots of nice little touches. Plenty of parking and there is a laundry setup as well. Quiet too.

Very friendly hosts. Motel unit spacious, very clean and tidy.Located handy to town shopping. Would happily stay agin.
